Liu Ming-Chuan Tunnel is located on Chungde Road in Anle district; it is also called ‘Shihciouling Tunnel’. It was constructed by Liu Ming-Chuan when he built a railroad during the Kuanghsu Regime. It was recently opened to visitors. The dim and deep tunnel is about 200 meters long. Above the other entrance of the tunnel, Liu Ming-Chuan had the words ‘Kuang Yu Tien Kai’ inscribed. A trail leads to the historical Shihciouling Gun Mount, but visitors are advised that this is a long walk.
