This stall Xingji Ding Bian Cuo uses the traditional cooking method and keeps the most original taste. This stall used to make Ding Bian Cuo live show previously, but now because of the problem of cleanness, Ding Bian Cuo become to make at the back side. The broth is made with a dried shrimp, cuttlefish, mushroom and bamboo shoot. It is nice to taste, not greasy.
