The owner of this stall adopts indicia rice to grind and then rolls it along with Ding bian and rice paste will be congealed as the steam reveals. Bakes and steams it at the same time and later takes it down to dry it by air. Next, cuts it into pieces and put it into the broth in which has mushroom, daylily and shrimp in thickened soup. So, it becomes the famous food in Keelung Miaokou.
