The Department of Transportation and Tourism, Keelung City offers a two-day "Tourism Volunteer Training Courses" every year. If you intend to become the tourism commentary volunteers, please enroll in the training courses for volunteers. After the training courses, the Keelung City Government will issue the Certificates of Appointment to the qualified tourist commentators. These tourist commentators must come to Tourist Service Center to participate the shift arrangement and to take turns on duty as commentators. They will be assessed once at the end of the year. Those who are late for duty or do not participate in the shift arrangement for six months will not be appointed for the next term.
