Nuandong Valley is located in the southeastern part of Keelung in Dongshih Keng. The forest in this area is well-preserved and the unpolluted river flows all year round. There are two hiking trails, one is for walking along the crag to see splendid views and plants or walking along the stream to enjoy the exquisite view of water and bridge. The views are impressive along with the footpaths. You can stop anytime to observe insects, plants, and flowers. Try and see if you can find the dragonflies, damselflies whistling thrushes flying in the valley. Moreover, it's worthwhile to cool yourself with the clean and freshwater in the stream.
