Qidu Train Station located on Guangming Road was built during the Japanese Colonial Era. Because Guangming Road was broadened, Qidu Train Station was almost removed. However, with the support of the City Government, the station was rebuilt and made Taiwan's railway culture more abundant. Besides, Qidu Train Station retains its wooden building, platform, and freight cars, with a Japanese garden, trail, and hand-painted locomotive installation art artwork added. Its nostalgic atmosphere attracts a large number of train buffs. The station building is usually open to visitors, allowing visitors to learn about its history.
※The station building is open from 8 AM to 4 PM on weekdays; closed on holidays
