The Lung-Kang Trail located at the mountain behind National Taiwan Ocean University is a scenic place where the City Government has been trying to develop as a natural, scenic, and trekking and butterfly appreciating trail. It is 2 km in length. Lung-Kang Trail has three entrances; one is next to the first restaurant stairs of Marine University, others are next to the first male dormitory. During the spring and summer time, it is the best place to see fireflies. While the glistening fireflies are flying all around the trial, the place becomes so romantic and poetic. Except for fireflies, there are also various frogs. It's bustling and populous while they are stridulating. Along the trail, you can arrive at Gongziliao Fortification.
